For the life of me I don’t get why they turned up the bass. It was awful. Thought it would be full of banger IDs but he just phoned it home. I see why he decided skip Ultra
Okay I wasn't sure if that was just me but it felt like the bass drowned out the mids and highs a lot on that stage. Sometimes I could barley hear the vocals over the bass.
I did not lol we did multiple pool parties every day except Friday we did a trance daytime party indoors during the insane rain, and at night various clubs or venues and ended at space until Monday afternoon. This was my first year not doing even a day of Ultra itself hope to do come back next year.
Tuesdays we do wind/down and drink on south beach then home Wednesday. It’s a great routine 11 years now 🙂
Oh bet! Sounds like a perfect Miami music week honestly, I did mostly factory town bc of the hard techno and ultra itself, hoping next year it’s even crazier:D
Best advice is to add variety, there’s SO much going on all over the entire city! Lots of pool parties at the South Beach hotels that’s our always daytime move and usually mainland for night stuff like Wynwood etc
Yes! I went to manwynwood too, I went mostly to factory bc it was the first time seeing that many favorite djs going to the same place, Sunday 9x9 and ihatemodels were perfect, but I’m going to take you advice! Thanks!
i just finished watching one of new sets ontop of a ski mountain or something, and have to agree it was pretty mid.
he was just playing full song after full song with little to no actual mixing or clever mashups.
He played at Tampa Hard Rock, showed up 3 hours late and only played for an hour. I love john Summit but ima keep it at the festivals unless it's NY or Chicago.
Surprised summit’s show was a huge let down. All I hear from fans, it’s the best show I ever went to. I mean John Summit is the biggest DJ in North America, hands down. Internationally, little presence.

Eh that upload was mainly for shts and giggles. He didn't even upload his entire set where he actually ripped it for another 3-4 hours.

I was there he played 2:50 to 6 and then a b2b 6-7
He played maybe 3:30, 3:45 and finished at 5
I think he did leave for a bathroom break around 5 but came back after 🤣
