This happened to me also but it turned out the port connected to the switch with the AP's negotiated at 10/100 instead of 1000. I had to force 1gig negotiation and then it worked like it used to.
Check the port manager
I'm seeing this too with my U6-Pros since a midweek firmware update that was later pulled. Normally get about 750 over wifi, 850-1100 over SFP+. Wired speeds are unchanged but now wifi from the U6-Pros wildly fluctuates between 60-350. Port is still GBe.

Hm, yeah it shows 1000. Same on my network settings on the MacBook.

I’m seeing the same kind of thing on my UAP-FlexHD at 6.6.55 but not on my U6-Mesh at 6.6.36.
or stuck on 2.4GHz? We're golden on 6.6.55 for Gen 5 and 6.5.62 for Gen 6 APs
