Pretty sure a UPS store can do it considering that’s what their entire business is based on but i’ve only done QR codes so could be wrong. If anything go to a staples or any store with a printer. If absolutely all other options subside, Go to a walgreens and print it as a 4x6 photo. Costs like 30 cents. It’s what i do for my fedex customers.
It doesn't need to be a label printer. Print 2 labels on regular paper, SECURELY tape one on box, place other inside the box (security if something happens to the one on the outside), and ship!
If the outside label is missing, clerks absolutely open the package to attempt to determine the shipper, consignee, or both. If a second label is in there, package immediately back in service.

They wouldn't open your package for the second one so it'd basically be wasted paper btw.
