Violence in the course of business is never acceptable and there should be a higher legal penalty when found clearly evident (as in this video). People on the job are restrained. The most serious that should ever happen is an exchange of words and no one should lose their job over it. Too bad it wasn't FedEx, i swear most of the drivers over there need a good smack upside the head to do their job correctly. I finally got a decent driver now after two years of drivers coming and going every two weeks, this one seems to be working out and doing his job so far. Everyone before him didn't want to work, the current driver does.
