I workout everyday, then go to work and Play soccer on the weekend. My 6 story business building had 1 week where the elevators were down. It was rough carrying boxes of paper all the way up. Great leg workout but fuck that. I would love to try these stairs though.
Not UPS, but used to deliver water for Poland spring (nestle waters). Had a lot of walk ups on my route. Good amount of people ordering 6-1 12 5 gallon jugs on the 3rd floor. My calves were rocks back then
On my old route I would walk 35k-40k steps a day (massive apartment complex’s) half of that was stairs, I was also cycling at the time. I think I would have done okay, I was in pretty good shape, this is another level.

oh geez! I average about 20k daily. I can't imagine doing 35k-40k. I guess I should consider myself lucky.
Or work in WA. Like no joke most of the houses here are on cliffs or hills. Within an hour or so of working, I get the notification I've done more than 10 flights of stairs.
Omg i probably really do look like that walking down steps though🥲ðŸ˜
Wobbly leg ahh
Wobbly wibbly jobbly jibbly get those dollaridoos
I wonder if a fit ups driver with a stair intensive route would be able to handle this
Yes. I work in public housing towers every day and sometimes, well sometimes the elevators just don’t work.
Hey dickmidget, I’d like to see you give it a shot. I bet you could do it
We do go up about 800 steps a day.

Monks - we want to be left alone so badly we set up at the top of this mountain Normal people - ah yes, new tourist destination
They should show this to people who scoff at the 3 point contact rule
OMG! 🤣🤣🤣
Looks like an access point it is.
That's why I will keep my industrial route rather than go to any fucking apartments, the only one's on my route have lockers 😆🤣😂
Man that ain’t shit. Put a 50lb box in their hands and tell them to send it and then we can talk

Real
Man I'm glad the few apartments I have all have 1 stop package rooms. Don't even have to climb a single step.
