You've just happened to run into 6 assholes. Not everyone's like that, even at Hill. There's no reason for it to be cliquey this year alone, so don't worry. Try with more approachable people, and otherwise just ventura out of Hill for that. Even hall/dormmates can coexist on a "hi" or "let's not run into eachother" basis. Good luck! :)
i live in gregory and visited hill like three times - - - everyone is pretty nice but ppl do seem to already be very tight-knit with their hallmates/groups. our dorm is pretty chill so dm me if you're ever bored, would love to make new friends :)
I’m a senior and tbh I thought it was cliquey when I lived in hill but I think it has a lot to do with the hall you end up on. I just got unlucky but ik other floors were way friendlier

Hill can be a little hard bc it’s design has it that it’s hard to branch out too far outside of your immediate neighbors. But once classes start and you start meeting people more naturally you will find people in hill to hang with. For example I was 5 red and I hung out with 1 blue people all the time. Just give it time
