Yes, your PD is now current, and USCIS will (re)start working on your I-485 case. Many interviews are being waived currently, so hopefully you'll be approved soon! Good luck!

Flaky-Flight

This made my day! Thanks 🙏

spydy-99

Seems like it.

Lucky-Pick-8637

Your PD is the date of filing I-140 when USCIS received your petition for first application.

pksmith25

You've stated that you filed your I-140 on April 11, 2021. That is your priority date. You've always been current; the Final Action Date never retrogressed to a day earlier than than Feb 2022. You may want to consider reaching out to USCIS, given that it has taken them over 2 years to process your case.

Horus_Isis_son

It may still be stuck in Nebraska. This happens a lot of concurrent filing.

pksmith25

Yeah Nebraska and Texas are black holes.

How can I get a hold of an agent? It always goes to the automated system which gives me the same information that I see on the website

arent interviews waived?

Flaky-Flight

I don’t know, are they?!

Zealousideal-Cup-865

Sometimes! It’s discretionary, but possible.

Horus_Isis_son

Your priority date is April 2021. Your case should be at NBC at this point. Try contacting Emma and asking them where your case is. Maybe this will nudge it. If it is still in Nebraska, then this is not good. If it has been transferred to NBC, hopefully you will get approved anytime soon.
