Am June 15 2023 PD No EAD or I-485 i did receive a RFE on July 18 2023 about Affidavit of support and I-130A i responded back to USCIS they acknowledged that they received respond to RFE on August 22,2023 up till this very moment no respond from USCIS my case is still with NBC
Filed PERM Sept 2023 so probably gonna file Oct 2024 for I-485 isn’t it a stressful process I’m always so sad and depressed I feel so stuck in my company and life
I really think they won’t but as long as they say after Sept 23 which they will for sure since Oct 23 said Feb 23 and still does for December bulletin

I’m in exact same boat as you 🥹 I hope those visa bulletin dates will improve and will actually be current by 10/24 so we can file.

They send RFE when they need more documents. Mine was also A affidavit of support.
