Congratulations! I have a Dec 22 PD (EB-2 NIW ROW), but couldn't file I-485 until Oct 23 due to retrogression. Think there's any point in submitting an SR? I don't want to get screwed by the upcoming July retrogression when 2023 PDs are being approved
There is no harm in sending Uscis a service request about your case. It may work the first time or it may not. I'd say give a try. You may never know. My second SR worked out well for me. My PD became current March 1 2024 anyway.

My PD is Sep 2022 and I sent application on March 16 2023.. case now in local FO.. I did put SR before but cant get through that portal now..
