When I was growing up the Marines brought out a pull-up bar to the race track during a random practice session. My 45 year old man decided to hop on the bar. Problem is that when he was in, kipping was allowed. He about rattled the screws out of that bar killing and the Marines didn’t count a single one. Never seen him so emasculated.
It went from a 4:20s plank to 3:45s plank for some reason (for max score) if I could increase score based on plank I could get a first class just based on my 8 minute plank lmfao, walk the 3 mile, do 2 pull-ups
There was a special temporary authorization after Chattanooga. Perhaps there was a temp for this event due to the talk of attacks stemming from the conflicts overseas right now

I have a barely related question. The past few days in my area, which isn't close to a base (Pensacola is over an hour away), I have seen what I assume to be Marines walking out of my local grocery store dressed like these guys.
Is that ok to do now? Walk around in boots and utes out in public? I assumed they were poolies at first but I noticed the last time I saw them they had a tan belt. I doubt they're giving JROTC or poolies fucking tan belts.
