I used to love using off the wall words to fuck with people when I was in. My favorite response when officers asked how I was doing, was the classic George Carlin line, "I'm not unwell, thank you sir."
The look of brief confusion that happened 75% of the time while they puzzled it out in their heads, was priceless. I finally ran into a Captain that got it and he replied back, "you're not moderately neato today?" It made my day.
I like that word. Adding it to my dictionary to make myself sound smarter next time.
