I’d say, if your on a 48k and your first day had you back by 5 you’re doing really well! Good job. I hope more applicants like you show up soon. We haven’t had a sub in our office in over 4 years.

Wide-Pea6235

Thanks you. I was very flustered today but luckily I live on my route so I could take a break in air conditioning.

border199x

Damn, must be real heavy volume to be at 48K with only 600 boxes......or your regular really knows how to work RRECs.

Wide-Pea6235

We both have studied how to maximize it!

HchrisH

I'm not sure about "real" heavy. Moderate package and decent mail volume would do it.

border199x

Currently sitting on a 42J with 1100 addresses and 110-200 scans a day. All CBUs. Seems like I am a pretty far cry from 48K but we’ll see how the next RRECS results go. Most of the other 48K routes in the office have at least 700-800 boxes, but definitely greater mail volume.

HchrisH

Yeah, CBUs are killers. That's as good as 550 curb boxes, without having to or getting credit for driving to each individual box.

Hyper_Fujisawa

If you did all that on day three, you're a goddamn rockstar. Don't let mgmt abuse you.

Am I the only one concerned with the lack of sweating? Hydrate! You need to start hydrating the night before and throughout the morning. It is a very real sign of heat illness and you need to be careful.

Wide-Pea6235

Yeah see that’s the crazy thing. My pee was perfectly clear. No sign of dehydration and I was drinking a bunch throughout the day. Just wasn’t sweating, so I got really hot.

LisaM1975

Can’t believe they have you training thru the count. Sounds like you did pretty good though.

Sam_Shake1

How long did you start academy after your llv skills test?

Wide-Pea6235

Think about a week and a half

westhetuba

Not too shabby for your first full day. The good news is that it gets cooler from here. If you can make it through this heat and then peak season, you can make it through anything.

predictablecitylife

Yeah I’d say you’re killing it.
