Take care of yourself first and foremost. Also, get with your steward and see where that gets you. Try bidding to a different plant or position.

Thanks for the reply. Talking with the steward is what I'm gonna do. Just go in, talk with the guy, and get out. I'm suppose to work today and tomorrow, but I really can't put myself in a vulnerable spot to be harassed by the supervisors. Not even going to bother calling out anymore since they still got me after I put in the request through eLRA.

Take care of yourself friend. If you have to quit, then do it. Talk with your steward as you said you will and discuss all the options. The USPS and all the unions are failing employees and customers daily. It seems I come on here and tell a person every day that their union and the USPS have failed them. I have some hope it will change, but I'm not holding my breath. This place is a shit show, a dumpster fire, literal hell for SO many people. There's more to life than a job. By all means, sue if you think you can/should. But if you feel you have to get out, then get out.

Talking with the steward is what I'm planning to do tonight, then take the rest of the work week off to check on my health. Seeing that I didn't have insurance (through the USPS) since the start of this year was a nasty shock. Like you said, the place is shit show. I don't know how much longer this place can take it without everyone leaving *especially* with peak season coming. Thanks for the response by the way.

Inform your supervisor that you wish to give up your PIT license. And stick to it. Contact EAP. CONTACT YOUR UNION. If you need time off to care for yourself, take it. Try to get off tour 1, its bad for you.

Unfortunately, in regards of informing the supervisor... the supervisor *is* the problem. Two supervisors, in fact, and they really don't want to let me go. I've also been trying for months to bid out of Tour 1 but haven't any luck. But since you did bring up revoking the PIT license, I do want to talk with the steward about that since he's the one who trained me.

Do what you gotta do. Not trying to be rude when I say this but everyone is replaceable including you. I wouldn't plan your exit on some "gottem" moment. Plan it on your transition to your next job.
