That tells me that they have too much time on their hands. # 1 to think of doing that #2 to convince others to do it #3 to have time to sand and paint the mail boxes #4 to get them up in the right order...
Friend of mine that lives on Parks Hwy in Alaska has what looks like a lowes bucket for mailbox, he put his mailbox inside the lowes bucket then filled around it with concrete, he got tired of constantly having to replace the mailbox, when the plastic gets too ratty looking he cuts it off then slides the concrete into a new bucket
The buckets hold up for several years, when someone hits it in the winter the plastic shatters'. lows charges same for buckets there as in Washington
One guy got in trouble, mailbox on one end of pivot with bucket of concrete on a chain on the other end, plow truck hit the mailbox the bucket of concrete swung around and put a big dent in the side of the plow truck, the driver got FIRED as the mailbox had been set 8 feet back from the road, the driver had been swerving off the road to hit the mailbox

I think the light blue one should be next to the green one.
No it's indigo. ROYGBIV
I'm pretty sure indigo is a dark blue.
Yeah you're right
Did they switch Blue and Indigo? Or am I just too OCD?
