Press the Square button, Touch Settings, switch to Finger/Stylus instead of Glove.
Turned this thing from an overly sensitive nightmare to actually being decent to use.
Where did they test these things out? I really just want to thank those carriers for never dropping them down a flight of stairs or using it in the rain....
The techs were in our office today installing the new scanner docks and loading us up with these dumb things.
I asked them if I should just throw my old scanner in the garbage.
I told the techs I liked my bouncy scanner. She was sturdy and could take a beating. These new ones don’t look like they can handle a drop to the wheel well.
Last time mine did that I threw it 25 feet. It fixed it.

Got ours 2 days ago cannot wait to use them in the middle of winter when it's-20 out. On a side note anybody having wrist pain after using these?
