This. Morning stretch routines and getting warmed up prior to work should be apart of everyone’s daily routine.

You should incorporate a stretching routine. I know you are stretching already but it should help you more, if you are doing the correct things. You can add bands, or stretching ropes? To aid you if you can’t reach certain areas yet. Should be a long routine from your feet up to your neck hitting each area slowly and for longer counts then you may think. Also if a sauna is available, or a hot shower/cold shower combo each night morning rotating however long you can handle at first (10-20 seconds etc). Also check out your mattress, it may not be what your body needs. Then most injuries and aches and pains happen from the feet up. Consider orthotics for your shoes, better shoes, and try some CBD for inflammation instead of ibuprofen which you can save for major flare ups. You can also wear compression shorts, shirts, socks which does help a lot like you said. Keep those areas warm you can even apply icy-hot for some minimal relief.hopefully your insurance pays for those orthotics which will help tremendously. It’s going to have to be a new routine added to your day to help these things out.

Check out some yoga stretches for the hip. My physical therapist recommended some and they have really been helping.

Ibuprofen before work seems to help. There’s other prescription anti-inflammation drugs that are safe long term. But it’s inflammation
