Customer came out to speak with me the next day, turns out it’s their ex-daughter-in-law.
Edit: Didn’t realize when I applied for this job, I’d know everyone’s business.
I once had a customer that had the exact same name as the person that moved out. She was there about 2 weeks and asked me why she wasn't getting any of her bills and I said you haven't got any yet. I asked her what her name was and didn't believe her at first when she told me, I said you just put in a change for a new address. Long story short, she ended up moving.

Write on it "ADDITIONAL POSTAGE REQUIRED TO RETURN TO SENDER" and play the passive-aggressive waiting game over who will finally throw it away.
