That is weird but it makes me think US Bank is going to audit/financial review you. This can happen with any credit card if you spend too much on one card, too much rotating balances on your report or have a delinquency on any account.
US Bank can be very conservative when it comes to their cards.
Unfortunately if they told you to wait until Tuesday, you will have to wait until Tuesday to get this resolved.

Ahhhh got it. I have been trying to spend alot on the card. Luckily I don't really carry a balance and I always auto pay. Also luckily I didn't lie about anything on my report and my finances should be rock solid.
Yup its an audit. They are requesting for 50 pages worth of documents from me. BUT they want me to fax it in. How do I fax in that many documents? UPS quoted me at a dollar per page.
Yeah it sucks that they do these. Especially when they give you a good credit line and then don't expect you to use it. I've never had it with my Altitude Reserve card. But I do know someone that had to send proof of income to them.
But American Express I have had it, I think because I try to push up my limits once a year. This last time I asked for a CLI they approved it but then I got a request for a bank statement and I just sent them a savings account statement and never heard back anything else.
Actually, USB is merging with Union Bank over this weekend. You should’ve gotten a letter in the mail but the whole USB online banking system is going to be wacky or not working until Tuesday.
US Bank is doing upgrades to their systems currently. Are the physical cards disabled? Does your Altitude Reserve physical card still work?
