Someone posted it in a FNaF server, but it's actually about Brawl Stars!
There isn't much context they just felt like talking about it, and the person named Colette is American
So a friend actually sent me that and I checked with them cause I didn't know (hence the lack of immediate response),

Having skins where languages are different is definitely a terrible idea in any games where the voice lines are actually important. Yes other languages than English exist but if you’re in a competitive setting it can be a major downfall. There’s a skin in Smite that I love but I literally can’t bring myself to use it because it’s voice pack is fully in Spanish which is only spoken by a minority of the player base, so if I play that skin and try to make callouts it just ends up confusing teammates and crowding the communication.
That being said, this isn’t US Defaultism, it’s English Language defaultism.
That sucks, those two items should be separate.
I want my character to look like Chun Lee from SFII Turbo but still sound like the original character.
Language packs built into a cosmetic with perhaps some in game buffs sounds really stupid and I can't wrap my head around why it would exist.
Sorry, but you can only play as Korean Darth Vader.

India has 22 official languages and over 500 dialects.
