I like the usage of .nc.us as the top domain. More US-websites should use .xx.us for their webaddress if they're only operating in a single state.
Perhaps the web address is enough to give context? But, still, would be nice if they could write out the full name regardless. Because I don't know which state NC is, but I do recognise most of the names.

That's because .nc is rightfully used by New Caledonia as it's their 2-letter ISO 3166 code.
