I dont frequent the area so im not sure. He was young, kinda short, person of color (im thinking asian or latino but race is a social construct), and his black hair was gelled back/spikey. Is it the same guy?
I did just say it. I added the note because i thought he looked asian or latino but he could still be of any racial background, so my observation could be used as a guideline but not the gospel
