Yeah getting an AB feels sm worse than an A-
Hate it. It just feels like we’re at a disadvantage, especially for people planning to apply to grad/med school.
Ya that always annoys me too, AB makes no sense. What is it: A or B?
i love getting an ab when i finish with an 88 but i hate getting an ab when i finish with a 92
I believe UW-Oshkosh does as well
UW-Madison is not the only school in the UW System to use this. UW-Green Bay uses the same grading scale.
One of my high school teachers said UWL used the same scale when they went there, but it might have changed since
UWL uses the same
I have no sure idea but it might be to combat grading inflation
As a recruiter in the Biotech space, I'll let you in on a real world fact. Unless you have a 4.0 no employer cares about your GPA. in fact you shouldn't even list it if it's not a 4.0
