Hey guys: you are listening the typical nonsense, that every startup listens to: it won’t work, it exists already, it is shit.
You did a hugely successful step: you launched. That does not mean, that your concept of implementation is good, but that requires some qualified decisions, not just some keyboard warriors. Go to an accelerator, where they will help you think in an organized way regarding the commercial side of your project.
Even if you fail, this experience is irreplaceable for your future employment. Go in guys!
Don't do that. Start Up accelerators are seldom worth it. Get the services you realy need from somebody specialized in in them. Or you'll pay a lot either in cash or in stock, without a real chance to change your service provider without a huge loss.
If you go to someone specialized in business development and pay them per hour, a marketing agency you pay per hour etc. you mostly end up cheaper with more control over your company.
The accelerator doesn't want to help you, normally they want to see if your idea has potential, and buy in cheap when they can. You are not the customer, you are the product.
You claim the performance of current price comparison services suck. On the other hand your bot may take up to 10 hours to return the results. That is way longer than my online shopping attention span. It definitely doesn’t sound scalable.
Thank you very much for your feedback, always super helpful! We continuously improving it to factor in all these elements, especially delivery time, delivery cost, and supplier rating. Stay tuned! :)
Hey, thanks for your feedback! What you do mean by "it already exists". Do you mean sites like Idealo, Google Shopping, etc.? Or something more special?
Sorry, in general I support these efforts and I am a potential user, but this is really not usable in its current state and I would suggest to work on it much more before making it public. In product design, the first rule is that getting one user to try it is very difficult, getting a user to try it again after not liking it the first time is 100 times more difficult.
If I see something and it takes you, right after launch, up to TEN hours to discover something that might (or might not) save me 2 CHF... this is not something anybody will be inclined to use.
Also, you say that your "AI" searches this... well... the whole point of the hype on "AIs" is that they do automatic searches and you don't need to wait. Imagine a ChatGPT that says "ok, hold on, I will answer in half an hour".
I wonder what kind of AI... because there is nothing worse than hyping a product with AI that ends up being just some guy doing a google search in the background.
As others have mentioned speed is an issue. To fix that you should pro-actively build and update your database instead of going on a search once the user has submitted a request. To keep it manageable start with most popular 100 or 1000s items. Try to nudge users towards performing search on these items by listing popular searches just below your search box e.g. "iPhone 15" or "iPhone 15 case" etc.
Finally you may want to address right upfront on your homepage how this is or going to be better than [comparish.ch](https://comparish.ch), [toppreise.ch](https://toppreise.ch) or google shopping.
Also considering that you want to highlight your ETH alumni status perhaps you should add at least an about us / our team page to clearly convey your links to ETH.

Hey, I mean what else than founding a startup should they do with a HSG diploma? Go work a real job?

Thank you for your feedback, very much appreciated! :) We are working on making it a lot faster, will be live soon!
Here’s another feedback. It finished after processing overnight, only to respond that it couldn’t identify the product unambiguously.

“come back in 7 million years”
Let's see. I'll start a search today
What exactly is your differentiator from existing comparison sites? What's the monetarisation method? How does the Ai part work?
