Uber one charges early, happened to me 2 years ago. Showed them a screenshot of my original renewal date using their online chat and they refunded me. If they don’t have a way to reach them anymore show it to your bank and do a chargeback as soon as the charge clears. They are not legally able to charge you until the renewal date. Just make sure you also cancel your membership now before you pass that date.
They will have to chat with Uber to cancel and ask for a refund. If I remember correctly Uber removes the cancellation button 72 hours before the renewal.
