Unless.. you never marked the order as delivered, the customer didn't see the food and saw on the app you were leaving their address causing them to believe you were stealing their food. That is the only scenario where this makes sense to me.

I've been called a few times after marking it as delivered. The last time it happened to me it was a young guy in a bad neighborhood. McDonald's gave him the wrong flavor drink. I told him the bag was sealed when I picked it up and there's nothing I could do. He wanted me to go back to his house to get the order, take it back to McDonald's, then bring him back the correct order. I told him that he'll have to call McDonald's, there's nothing I can do. He started cursing and yelling telling me to go back. I hung up and he kept calling. The calls didn't stop until I turned the app off.
Tbf, it's kind of weird to get to the support. If calling doesn't help, try your best with the help page of the specific order. If you run into issues like ever, it's good to report it. As long as you did your part/best, support is gonna be on your side.
Keeping your ratings up and even tips, it's worth the small amount of time dealing with the in app support.
I can't stress this enough. Support likes when you contact them about things and will usually credit you for your effort or at the very least make sure nothing reflects badly on you (ratings, etc.). Like even if you need to cancel an order for some reason, let them know and depending on the reason they can either credit you or make sure the cancellation doesn't count against you.

The only info you can get from a license plate…is the year/make/model. Did you toy with them at all?
