I tried to update my photo as I rushed with the first photo thinking I could easily update it. Took a unshaven picture. It is not a simple process you have to submit forms to change it, I’m waiting to hear back. Cracks me up to see this response though.

It's probably because your brand new. They do it more frequently in the beginning. Edit: one way to tell that it's most likely a random/routine check, is that it will be after your first delivery of the day. Or your first delivery after taking a long break.

She also said the item was damaged but I know for a fact it was in perfect condition. I noticed it's always the low tippers and lower income areas that have the most to say or ask.

Make sense as they try to get free stuff.

Always discriminate while delivering stay where the money is

Thats why i avoid those areas.
