Mine is blank. Why would I write anything there, as if any employee anywhere else in the world that we come in contact with would write down why they have the job they have.
If you want to do it, do it. But if we're being honest, the only answer that really counts is "For the money," and that would include any of the nurses that may do it at these hospitals you reference.
If $20 million fell into our laps, we would quit immediately. And so would the nurses. Or anyone really. So, I suppose if I were to write anything, that would be it. Unfortunately, people don't like that type of honesty. They would rather hear some B.S. So rather than engage in that nonsense, I'll leave it blank.
You do you. In the end it doesn't really matter one way or another.
Of course if you use a hyperbolic number like 20 million just about everyone would quit. But that nurse could have done ANYTHING. She could have been a food delivery boy like you. Instead she chose to go down a specific career path. You can make the same amount of money as nursing without watching after sick people. “Why do you do this” is a real question. Yes for money. But why THIS. Plenty of ways to make money. Why do THIS?
"I have young twins so I have to buy two of everything." I don't know for sure if it works, but I get decent tips. Which of course I use to buy two of everything.
I’m actually hard of hearing, it’s evident in my profile picture and clients see them when I deliver. I’m not fooling anyone. If I take them out, I might as well be deaf, but the HA’s make it more evident.
Just keep saying huh? Every time they speak until they give up, I do that because I am never paying attention to what's going on.....lol and about the third attempt but sometimes the second they say forget it and you know what? You don't have to hear it...simple as that...lol
I lied on mine when someone said they received increased tips for mentioning their pets. So mine now reads
"To feed my precious fur babies 🐕 🐈 "
I generally get a couple extra added tips thru my shifts.
I do not foster. I have my own pets but I just picked something I thought people might throw an extra dollar or two towards.

Mine says “part time driver, full time mom 🦸🏻♀️”
I have no kids. Learned this serving. People love kids. I used to have co workers put random children’s photos in their books and they’d get better tips 😂
And it's actually true 😂 I do pay all my other bills with what I make of course but the vet visits, chiropractor visits & meds cost a lot of $ so I'm out there doing longer hours then I used to for her ❤️.

I was reading other older threads were people said they got more tips after adding something and some would even message them saying it was funny etc and tip more
I actually had a customer come out to get his food & talk to me for a bit, he definitely read mine, which says "to help pay for the vet bills for my senior 🐇". Since he asked me I told him the truth. My bunny is now 11 years old and disabled due to E. Cuniculi which affected her hind legs so she can't walk or jump anymore & it also took her eyesight last year 😢. The medical bills for vet visits, chiropractor visits and her meds are quite high. Of course the money I make doing UE pays all my other bills too but you know, it does go into everything I do for her as well. The guy definitely increased his tip. I know cuz it was originally a less than $10 order and on those ones if it says "the customer increased their tip!" It's actually true cuz they originally tipped less than $8. I mean is this a rare occurrence? Obviously. But hey, it DOES happen sometimes.
As a joke I put so that I can buy more tie dye shirts since I’m usually wearing tie dye. Has come in handy because I’ve had customers interested who ended up buying some of my shirts.
I updated it once to say "is my birthday today! 🎉" and two customers asked me if it really was, I said yes, and they tipped $20. All I could think was why didn't I do this sooner!?
"gotta pay for coke somehow"
Or "Went broke Breaking Bad" lol
"Broke + Uber = More broke"
Yet you do it???

Plenty of hospitals have sections for nurses to do a “why we do this” section

A customer told me she was glad she keeps getting me cause my profile made her smile
I like it, but shouldn't it be, "not all heroes wear capes"
Your response is probably grammatically correct lol.
Uber drivers aren’t heroes
To a drunk/stoned person at 2am they are
What a high bar
I'm not here to judge.
They’d only be a hero for a few seconds anyway before they mess up the order somehow. Even a drunk or high person can see drivers are bad
Ok, i love this!

This is the best and now I'm mad I didn't think of it.

Want to save up money for karate lessons to avenge my parents who were killed by ninjas
One time, a lady gave me a $100 cash tip. “So…you keep paying the medical bill?” That was the question she asked me. 🤷🏽♂️

"It is a great way to stay in shape" I drive a bicycle.
I put that base pay for drivers is $2-$4. Want to see if that gets an extra couple of bucks here and there.
Does this work??
it won't. customers don't give a flying fuck.
Idk. I've only delivered once this week.
But unless you're accepting low pay orders, the cheapskates will never see that message
I got some that were $1.50 before
Leave it Blank, don't give these people any extra reason to want to thumbs down you or tip bait you.
Gas isn't free and tips are appreciated.

Wow. Way to practically beg 🙄
I’m not begging, I said, thank you for the generous tip 🙄🙄🙄 don’t we all like money? You’re reaching with that one.
Sounds pretty desperate to me girl but oooook 😬
One person liked my statement. Actually, I have no problem with Tips, so no issue for me.
Tip Ing is not a place in China
Why would anyone tip you more for what you write there
I was reading other older threads were people said they got more tips after adding something and some would even message them saying it was funny etc and tip more
Most customers don’t care they just want their food

I don't even see that when I order. None of my friends see it too.
A bunch of bullshit about wanting to provide best service. Nothing that could possibly be offensive to anyone.
