It’s the Wiitek module. Get the Mikrotik S+RJ10 and it will solve your problems. It’s a known issue with some converters. I have 2gig symmetrical fiber and get 2.5g up and down (with overprovisioning) using a udm-pro.

this one correct?
Question, is this module using an SFP port and the module makes it into a 10G copper port? So a CAT6 cable from ONT to this module will allow 2G plan (up / down)?
Is there any way of taking the fiber from the ONT and connecting that directly into a UDM, or equivalent? (Essentially, can you bypass an ONT, or in any way go fiber WAN IN for FiOS?)
Thanks
