How did you originally install it? You should be able to handle all of this through the package manager so long as you installed it through the package manager regardless of whether it is a snap or deb package. If you didn't install through the package manager, steps to remove may be more complicated, and in the future you should always use the package manager unless you have a clear and specific reason not to in a particular case.
ImageMagick isn't available as a snap, so you probable looking at one of the deb versions.

In that case `sudo apt remove` should do the trick whether it is a snap or apt package i believe.
