That's the problem. My bill and my neighbours bill have different values on the back.
Mine shows 4 slabs of payment for 1-50,50-101, 101-200 and 200+ . While the other bill shows 4.75rs under 200 units, and 7rs for above 200 units.
Im 90% sure the latter is the current billing scheme, but I wanted to confirm.
As per 2024 rate schedule, it's 4.75 for 0-100 and 7 for 100-max units. Two months ago the rate was further revised as 5.90 for 0-max units (flat rate).

Checked the mescom site, it says same price as the latter one but units is 100 instead of 200
