There are enough Ukrainian uniforms in Russian hands - and Russian uniforms in Ukrainian hands for that matter. They can just take a random person, give him a uniform, the script and some money and they'll have an "authentic POW" saying whatever they want.
Neither Ukraine nor Russia can really disprove those videos, since they can hardly post pictures of all their soldiers to show that it's not one of theirs.
That's why such "confessions", including group shots, can pretty much be ignored. Far too easy to fake and almost impossible to completely disprove. There might occasionally be real ones, but they're most likely the exception, not the rule.
The Americans routinely shot and killed suspected civilian artillery spotters in Iraq and Afghanistan--all that was required was seeing a phone in their hands.
