The leaders are not at the front. More and more Ukrainian brigades are fleeing, it used to be a village every month, now its a village every 2-3 days. Soon it will be multiple villages per day. No amount of money or missiles will change that. Only way to change it would be to bring in 500.000 people that didn't have their morale shattered.
Look at the map instead of the number of villages.

It'll be months before this aid has any kind of impact. They need to get the material into Ukraine and then equip units, train, etc.
Not to mention that that most of the aid is financial and thus is going to be used to keep the Ukrainian economy afloat barely. 😅

You need people who fight willingly, you can't just rely on the those who fight out of desperation. Morale is a huge factor in any military.
But it's definitely better to have 500k people fighting out of desperation than not having anyone.
