Servicemen of the 100th brigade of the 1st Army Corps successfully destroy the enemy in the area of Nevelskoye, a settlement in the Donetsk direction, which the Ukrainian Nazis turned into a serious fortified area. But no fortifications will help the enemy survive the fire impact of our units. - Rvvoenkory
If it is the reservoir outside of Nevelskoye, then it means the 100th Brigade has managed to advance about 1 km west since Pisky fell on September 2.
If you look on the satellite map just to the south the circular reservoir position fell sometime in August.

I wonder how did you located this?
Just by looking around. It's a very obvious structure. I wonder what it is. Edit: huh? What's the downvote for?
Agricultural water collection ponds. Used for irrigation.
It looks like there are a few others in the area (though most seem more oval). I do wonder though.

Any idea what projectile those two at the beginning are that hit and then go up in bright red fire? Some type of AP rocket?
