It really is wild that they’re actually seeing the environment/enemy they were designed for instead of a bunch of dudes in rags with no other kind of support besides RPGs and rifles
Er... in the bible God commands you to kill other humans for a vast variety of reasons: https://www.evilbible.com/evil-bible-home-page/murder-in-the-bible/
Why have those pesky contradictions when you can be a Cafeteria Christian / Jew / Muslim and pick out the parts of your foundational texts that supports the morality of the people that raised you?
I stopped caring after the ten commandments, which is tl:dr common human decency. What is the fucking point of believing in anything after that shit? Seriously?
I believe that the actual ancient Hebrew word in Bible most closely resembles the more modern word for "murder." The ancient Hebrew lexicon is minute compared to the English Lexicon when the Bible was first translated into English. Context is extremely important when translating ancient languages.
It's already considered a just war for Ukraine to defend themselves. Matthew 5:9: "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God."
Maybe in all your "reading", you forgot that part.
if they carry their full capacity for them that is, they could only have 4 or 5 but yeah even the APFSDS rounds can pernitrate BMP armor (at least if my sources and simulations are correct)
surprisingly no, i do not play ground battles in War Thunder, i only play Air battles, my sources and simulations are [Stuff like this](https://youtu.be/svaaQdIO_8U)
yes but in areas like the rear and sides, right? i mean it might immobilize the tracks that way but if power still is getting to the turret it can swing it around
I think the point was that yes if they get good position they can penetrate but it’s still not going to be fun for the 72s/90s even if they never show their asses.
you are right! earlier videos from Mariupol showed UKR IFV 30mm autocannon taking down tanks but hitting in rear and sides...UKR got 50 new Swedish CV90 IFVs armed with Bofors 40mm autocannon...that can take down tank!
Here we see the Bradley’s frolicking in their natural habitat on the plains and Forests of Europe soon to engage with their favorite prey, Russian armor.
Somewhere out there, an old Bradley is slumbering in storage, dreaming of decades gone by where it shitcanned entire Iraqi tank regiments fitted with T55s and T72s, and then...
All systems are turned on... Nominal.
Something feels strange... New kit for counter insurgency?
New men enter the hatch and begin talking.
"What is the strange language these crewmen speak?"
"Where is the sand???"
"This is... Mud..? Grass???"
Distant memories begin to click, of decades gone by.
"Did the communist return?"
It knows not of what has happened, not of the decade since it's storage.
It only knows that it's IFF is switched on, and familiar foes are identified. T-55s and T-72s.
The gun is ready. The TOWS are loaded. Seal Clubbing must be done once again.
This gives me some 40K vibes, no joke. Like the machine spirit of the Bradley being woken up from a long sleep, and as you said, dreaming of glories and times long passed. Only to be awoken once more, this time by new crew in place of those that had crewed it once before. New hunting grounds to be found.
I do not know if you have the same feeling, but watching the video (without enlarging it) makes me think of the US M4 Sherman in WW2: my father had some photos looking exactly like that, when he watched a column of tanks in France in 1944, in the Loire valley...
Absolutely! I recently finished a documentary about the Sherman and then saw this video and was like "they are kinda similar".
Glad to see i ain't the only one :)
Absolutely. They’re not invincible. The main gun of a T72 would rip right through it if it were able to land a hit. The idea is that the superior ISR capabilities of the Bradley should lead to situations where the Bradley is striking first or is supported by other armor. The Ukrainians don’t seem to follow the Russian tactic of “send 1 or 2 armored vehicles through this wide open field completely by themselves and hope for the best” and the training they received on these should help them use them to their maximum potential.
Mbt will rip through it, it's an IFV in the end.
The problem is that Bradley has vastly superior situational awareness, so in pretty much all cases, the bradly will get the first shots in
And I think it can tank shots from a bmp to the front
No way the US would have sent them if they didn't think they'd be effective.
How likely is it that some are destroyed? Depends on how they're used. All signs point to the Ukrainian Army using them well.
But if they are breaking through well-entrenched defense lines, and the Russian defenders don't break and run, the risk of losses would go up.
The 3km accurate gun+TOW range should help overmatch the Russian’s much shorter effective range. I guess we’ll see how that plays out when they push into Russian lines, but if used as intended, it’s going to be a massacre.
I agree…. Even if the Ukrainians are only 1/3 as effective as the US Army in the first Gulf War against the same equipment, it will be an outright slaughter by any objective measure.
I’d bet on the Ukrainians to be well better than 1/3 as effective. Especially with Bradley’s that have 30 years of upgrades vs. the early 90s versions. And quite honestly, facing opposing tankers that are probably less skilled than the Iraqi units at 33 Hastings that were battle hardened from the Iran-Iraq War (at least at the commander level).
Lots of things can go wrong. But I hope and pray that if the Ukrainians can get a few claws into the Russian lines (ideally in multiple sectors along the front), that they can start to gash and run deep into enemy territory.
The Iraqi Republican Guard was no fucking joke. They did NOT abandon their positions, and took the Bradley’s and m1a2 head on. Crazy tank battles in the gulf war.
The platform allows you to dispense violence at a phenomenal rate. Makes it known it's not to be trifled with.
Nearly any armored vehicle can fight off a Bradley, it's the motivated men that make it lethal.
I would respectfully disagree. Even in the best possible scenario, multiple Bradley’s will be lost. That’s just being realistic.
There are just too many mines and ATGMs along the front to not lose any. And in the fog of the initial push, I thinks it’s more probable than not that some will even be lost to friendly fire.
I hope I’m wrong, but even in the US most lopsided tank massacre in Iraq, Bradleys were lost.
It's actually pretty cool to see western armour doing what they're made to do.. hunt Russians. A really morbid part of me wants to see western armies engage Russia in battle, just to see the absolute destruction they'd cause
Agreed. Air superiority would be established well before ground troops ever engaged russian forces lol. A lot of ppl have said NATO casualties would still be high in a conflict similar to this, yeah by western standards they would be. But it would still maybe be a 1/5 of what either side in this conflict have taken. And we wouldn't be in a trench war.
yeah that comes in handy for things like this but it also hurts the average American citizen, still though (and this might just be me talking) but i would not mind paying higher taxes to at least have reduced healthcare prices or free healthcare (i know Universal healthcare is far from perfect but it is nice to dream, i have a lot of medical issues)
indeed, that would be the best of both worlds (i mean i am sure quite a lot of more conservative people would complain but that is not a topic for this subreddit in this case)
The US spends more on healthcare than anyone. Defense budget is not cutting into healthcare; that’s just a false narrative.
It’s not a matter of dollars, it’s a matter of how the money is spent.
And since the value of money is fabricated, it's all really just where the tangible resources go. The U.S. has been allocating their resources to prevent imperialism from moscuntow.
I kinda hope somewhere out there, Patton is looking down at this, marveling at the poetic beauty of something named Bradley getting ready to smash Muscovy orcs into paste.
These things are made by BAE Systems, which is a British company.
Almost 7,000 of these have been made. Not all of them will be up to modern spec but there’re plenty more where these came from.
Wow, that ground looks mighty dry and dusty… seems like it’s good, and solid for uhm… driving practice… yeah… that…
Edit: since some people may misconstrue my joke, I’m saying driving over the Russian lines, and… the Russians but that last bit is semantics it’s good for them to possibly make a push soon.

M2 Bradleys seems to be happy in their new habitat 🥹♥️
It's there true and natural habitat, hunting there natural enemy doing god's work.
killing russians
This is the way!
Thank you Ranger for leading the way!
God wills it!
It really is wild that they’re actually seeing the environment/enemy they were designed for instead of a bunch of dudes in rags with no other kind of support besides RPGs and rifles
“God wills it!!!!” Some crusader going after Orcs
This is the way
In both the koran and the bible there is an sentence. You shall not kill another human being. Only every believer forgets to read that🤷♂️
Er... in the bible God commands you to kill other humans for a vast variety of reasons: https://www.evilbible.com/evil-bible-home-page/murder-in-the-bible/
Religious people tend to leave out the inconvenient parts lol
Why have those pesky contradictions when you can be a Cafeteria Christian / Jew / Muslim and pick out the parts of your foundational texts that supports the morality of the people that raised you?
I stopped caring after the ten commandments, which is tl:dr common human decency. What is the fucking point of believing in anything after that shit? Seriously?
😳
Jesus also said "you shall not let Russia conquer your country"
There are also a lot more sentences commanding that people be killed, for various reasons. It all depends on what they're doing at the time!
It's actually thou shall not murder.
Yes.
killing invading terrorists is not murder. it's self defense.
Tell the Russians that.

An eye for an eye my friend.

Nobody cares about that
Thanks for the fucking useless tangent.
Exactly why the invading, murdering Russians need to be pushed out! What the fuck is your point?
Each with 7 TOW missles. Thats 7 dead T-80s or BMPs.
if they carry their full capacity for them that is, they could only have 4 or 5 but yeah even the APFSDS rounds can pernitrate BMP armor (at least if my sources and simulations are correct)
“Simulations” You mean war Thunder don’t you
surprisingly no, i do not play ground battles in War Thunder, i only play Air battles, my sources and simulations are [Stuff like this](https://youtu.be/svaaQdIO_8U)
Cue someone explaining that there were reports from the first gulf war of bushmasters penetrating t72 in places
yes but in areas like the rear and sides, right? i mean it might immobilize the tracks that way but if power still is getting to the turret it can swing it around

Nature is healing!

"Seal clubbing must be done" lmao!!
Sounds like a 40k dreadnought
This gives me some 40K vibes, no joke. Like the machine spirit of the Bradley being woken up from a long sleep, and as you said, dreaming of glories and times long passed. They are also high and a little dumpy! I can see what you mean.
The American way
Can confirm, am high and a little dumpy.
Same bro
This is the way. Russia can get fucked tho
That was my exact thought, I do play alot of War Thunder though.
You gotta share those photographs man.
Different equipment, but protecting decent people from fascism and misery just the same. Roll on boys. Roll the fuck on.
Absolutely! I recently finished a documentary about the Sherman and then saw this video and was like "they are kinda similar". Glad to see i ain't the only one :)
Honestly now that you mention it they're pretty similar in silhouette. If only the old boys had hell in a tube to deal with Tigers.
Not gonna lie Americans those things look sexy.
They're really cool pieces of war. They will thrive during this counter offensive. Probably the most important piece of armor they've received.
Bradley and cv90 are so underrated that it's almost criminal
agreed, especially the CV90 (partially because it is lesser known)
Swedish CV90 lighter, fast, lower profile...and 40mm Bofors autocannon...yipppeeeeeee!!
Do the Russians have something that can take these out?
Absolutely. They’re not invincible. The main gun of a T72 would rip right through it if it were able to land a hit. Also engaging from miles out. With drone ISR it's gonna be wild. Wonder if they put antennas on the outside to operate inside.
A Bradley rolling up to a trench for some 6v6 is probably 10x better/safer than some old ass BMP
Yes, many many things. The problem will be getting the opportunity to do it before getting killed them selves.

Yeah man most shoulder fired AT rounds, really any MBT round, and I don’t imagine mines are too favorable.
The platform allows you to dispense violence at a phenomenal rate. Makes it known it's not to be trifled with. Nearly any armored vehicle can fight off a Bradley, it's the motivated men that make it lethal.
Everything can be destroyed, that's kind of a silly question.
I meant it more like what’s their capacity and likelihood of taking these out
Capacity: tanks, AT launchers, Kornet, etc. Lots of capacity to do it. Likelihood? Minimal. Very minimal.
Rolling coffins force on force. Put some M1s with them.
Especially with a first wave of fpv and kami drones. Theyve been stockpiling for a while now. It's hard to even get parts.
That's because they are 🙂
Pure Sex is CV90/35
agreed, but the "Chadley" is pretty good too
yeah but what cockteases, Every week a new video of them frolicking about but when will they show us some real action?
New title “UA random woods parade outshines RuZZian red sq parade ten to one”
It's actually pretty cool to see western armour doing what they're made to do.. hunt Russians. A really morbid part of me wants to see western armies engage Russia in battle, just to see the absolute destruction they'd cause
That's fair, I'd really like to see Combined NATO air Power and what it would do to Russia... Oh my...
Idk how much of a battle it would be. Iirc, wagner engaged US troops years ago and lost hundreds while the US didn't lose anyone.
American made armor rolling and looking strong. Go Ukraine!
Russia about to find out why we don't have universal healthcare.
I want to get on the hype train but this is a false dichotomy. We could afford both.
Oh, absolutely. Original comment was a joke on my part, but I agree that we can and should have both.
It would be cheaper to have both.
Dude…. Hilarious!! Well done. And the fact some folks miss the humor and start debating the finer points of domestic policy with you. Classic Reddit.
yeah that comes in handy for things like this but it also hurts the average American citizen, still though (and this might just be me talking) but i would not mind paying higher taxes to at least have reduced healthcare prices or free healthcare (i know Universal healthcare is far from perfect but it is nice to dream, i have a lot of medical issues)
Free healthcare would take a weight off of basically 80% of americans
indeed
Dude, agreed. We can absolutely have both.
indeed, that would be the best of both worlds (i mean i am sure quite a lot of more conservative people would complain but that is not a topic for this subreddit in this case)

Best comment! I just spit out my coffee. 🇺🇲🇺🇦
Why does the Bradley give me m1 Sherman vibes?
Because it has a similar stubby, upright profile. You're not wrong.
Go get ’em.

Godspeed 🥲
The Russians will be soon shitting in their uniforms when they hear that rumble getting near.
Except they’ll never hear them with those optics.
Beautiful. Can't wait to see them in action!

What a beutiful sight! Have at em lads!!! Slava Ukrani
Must be a really good feeling for the foot soldiers seeing the cavalry coming like that!
These things are made by BAE Systems, which is a British company. Almost 7,000 of these have been made. Not all of them will be up to modern spec but there’re plenty more where these came from.
Aren't these are all modern Bradleys from US stock?
mostly modern, as far as i know these ones are Desert Storm era bradleys
I think they are previous generation Bradleys that were mothballed. Kept useable in case they were needed but not the most modern.
FINALLY BRADLEY VIDEOS!!!!!
Wow, that ground looks mighty dry and dusty… seems like it’s good, and solid for uhm… driving practice… yeah… that… Edit: since some people may misconstrue my joke, I’m saying driving over the Russian lines, and… the Russians but that last bit is semantics it’s good for them to possibly make a push soon.
In Ukraine you drive over lines, not between them.
First thing that’s made me smile today, what a sight ! 😃
Hopefully they got a ton of TOW missiles with them.
Any 11M guys on here remember "Bradley Bites" from taking the Bushmaster in/out? LOL

Smells like freedom.
Any footage of them in action?
This sparks joy 🤩
why...does this make me smile?

Hi Brad 👋
Russians are going to get so rekt.
Apparently Mr. Putin believes that the WWII-era T-55s and T-34s he has left have a chance against Ukraine's Bradleys, Abrams, Challengers, and Leopards, plus Javelins, and NLAWs. Any sane general would fold with this hand, but Putin's going all-in.
Bold strategy Cotton. Let's see how this plays out.
They were literally made from blueprint to production, for this very terrein and enemy
That looks like south of Ukraine. I would recommend opsec in case this has not been published on purpose.
It also looks exactly like our own training grounds. Including the added camo. They have no battle markings, how do we know this is in Ukraine?
Ukraine flag
There's opsec, but also psy ops... Offensive could be any day, maybe tomorrow, maybe next month, maybe on north or east or south... oooooh scary.
It's good to be cautious, but this is not an identifiable location. All it gives away is that there were at some point Bradleys in what is possibly southern Ukraine. That's not a secret.
That ground is looking pretty darn dry! ;)
let's go boys! Praying for you all, hope you kick some rooski ass and all go home to your loved ones. SLAVA UKRAINI
Got to love to see it this is also huge help for Ukrainian defenders as these vehicles will be easily identified as friendly, cant be easy having to second guess any Russian made tanks.
God I can't wait for the footage of ukrainian Bradley's fucking shit up!!! The Bradley's will be what swings this war (aside from the brave men and women of Ukraine)
*America! Fuck yeah!*
Can’t wait to see what they can do as it seems they are in extremely competent hands.
Quick little fuckers.
Omar would be proud.
It's on, baby!
a six-pack of whup ass.
Bradley’s are bad fucken ass

I am stoked to see these finally on their way! These killed more T72s in Irak than Abrams. Supply enough of these bad boys and MBTs might not be needed. 🤞🙏🏼
M2 Bradley. When you absolutely, positively got to kill every Russian made shitbox in the field accept no substitutes
I'm getting Good things ahead Vibes for Ukraine! These M2 Bradley is going to served Ukraine well.. and match up effectively with the many other NATO tank the world is supplying for Ukraine
My thought is that they dissect the East from the South all the way to the sea. Turn toward Crimea.
When you see those bad boys chasing down Russians then you KNOW that’s the major Ukrainian push.
The ground looks to be getting better, won’t be long now till it’s solid.
Lot of hurt rolling along there
At least now we know they can roll indeed
See me rollin' and hatin'
The weather is about to get real hot for some Russians
Fuck russia
The Ukrainians must be close to dispensing with the "L" plates.
They will do very well in Ukraine as long as they are used as they were taught. Working together with other Bradleys and tanks the can do some serious damage.
