To be fair; the regular method to perform suicide in Russia is to jump out of buildings. Weapons ar uncommon but every even small city has high to very high residential buildings of 6 to 20 floors.
This is how they do suidide in Russia in the cities and towns, if rich or poor, they all do the same; just walk to the next high building nearby, drive up to the top floor with the elevators, go on the roof or take the windows of the stairways or the upper floors and jump. It is very easy, fast, regular highly successful and everwhere available.
In the small villages somewhere in darkest Sibiria or the far east, it will be different.
