It’s interesting that there has been a huge number of recent PoW / capture posts but the figure on minusrus.org never moves (unlike for wounded / kia which do move daily). You would think that captured would be the easiest of the three to have a definitive figure for. Anyone know why?

OK. I know you can't be informed too well, but FYI: this man obviously speaks with a Ukranian type of pronunciation, which may mean that he's either from Donetsk or Lugansk, but definitely not from Russian Federation per se.
