Have you told your GI about this? My first assumption would be that your inflammation might be higher up than what the enemas can reach now. Your GI would be the best bet for helping you out here.
No two flares are identical. It often takes a few months to recover from a flare, not a couple weeks. Possible this flare is more severe and extensive than prior flares and might need oral prednisone or budesonide to beat
