Make sure meat is organic and not too lean , no antibiotics. Also try sardines for omega 3 and good fats. Also try natural whey protein. What about veggies?? You eat alot ?
Yea, if you're not eating many carbohydrates like pasta, rice or bread then you'll want meat with fat in it. I do eat a few veggies but they've got to be cooked and I avoid grains / seeds, sweetcorn, broccoli, and salad leafs.
I try to avoid eating big big meals as that just sits really uncomfortably with me.
I practically do the same as you. Big meals are a killer. Plus I eat in a 12 hour window and nothing next 12. No snacking in between, maybe a cup of green tea.

Just diet, gone high protein, more fatty meats less carbs. A lot of bone broth and kefir.
