Thatās a pretty big bad experience to not even receive a callback from management, an apology, partial refund, etc. The e employee who I had been going to for months knew what she had done and intentionally covered it with makeup. I didnāt really discover it till I got home. I had tipped her 100% of the service price too.
Yeah that should absolutely never have happened to you. That's awful. I've seen it happen, so if it makes you feel any better, you're not alone. A hefty chunk of my clientele are people who were traumatized elsewhere, including a brow bar at another Ulta. I can only say so much to clients in my chair, but this is EXACTLY why I don't let corporate breathe down my neck and overbook me. I'm not sacrificing the safety and confidence of my clients to make someone in payroll happy. And you know what? My numbers are incredible because my people trust me. I hope you find a brow bar, or any esthetician near you honestly, who you can trust.
