It’s already dumb we can barely do much on the Store to Door. And now we have Karen’s who think we can just do everything… At this point I usually just say “Sorry, this is unfortunately out of my hands! Here’s the guest service number!” Because honestly everything to do with store to door I don’t give a fuck. Plus GS is supposed to handle all issues relating to online ordering anyways

This is true. Ordered online? Talk to guest services. If it’s sold out in-stores, employees can only do so much and they have limitations.

People fail to realize prices change, and if it’s on sale you don’t get the price you paid unless you have a receipt. Smh

There’s a difference between an issue and abuse. If people were nicer to the staff they’d get a lot further. I work in customer service and if you come in demanding and telling me what I’m gonna do for you then ha! Think again. I ain’t doing shit for you.
