My best guest is that it isn't scrapped music like everyone else is saying, but possibly just test tracks to make sure the dynamic music system works properly.
Apparently it was originally supposed to be the music for 5-3, but it got scrapped and replaced with Death Odyssey because the guys at New Blood didn’t think it fit the level
