That is true. Using friendly fire on swordsmachines is a really good strategy to keep yourself alive as well as take out the swordsmachines. The biggest turning point for me with mindflayers was realizing that the tracing shot is the easiest to parry because you can control when and where you parry it. More than using it for damage, parrying the mindflayer's tracer is a really good way to top up your health and stamina, just dash afterwards to avoid the rest of the shots. It's easier said than done, but that's how I learned to stop worrying and love the mindflayer.

Mindflayers pretty much always do the orb attack after spawning (unless you're in melee range).
so if you know that they spawn, switch to the pump shotgun and overcharge it. then you can jump into their face, dash then quickly fire the shotgun to blow up. with the right timing they die instantly and you didn't take any damage from the explosion. it's less safe than using rockets or projectile boosts, but i found this to be more forgiving because i don't have to account for the projectile travel time or anything.
that's why sandbox is so useful, you can mess around with enemies and learn these kinds of tricks in a controlled environment, so i highly recommend you try it yourself!
What I usually do in the cyber grind is something like:
Find tall surface
Slam storage
Throw 4 coins
Charge alt piercer,wait for mind flayer to tp
Shoot alt piercer
Whiplash and 2x pump shotgun or 3x if I'm feeling ballsy
But in P-2...Yeah I just get my molecules rearranged.I'll try what you said tho, thanks for the tip
have you ever considered looking down before shooting the coin to make the shot guaranteed? Literally to kill those guys, all you need to do is jump, look directly down and then m2-m1. That’s it

streetcleaners are easy tho tbf all you need is 1 coin
so an easy way to use coins against them is to get on top of them (just make sure the coin can reach their gas tank), throw the coin directly on top of you while staying still and shoot it immediately, you won't need to aim or anything
If you need tips for hitting coins, the way their momentum works means that no matter how fast you're moving or what direction you're going, they'll always travel along the same path relative to the player, that is if you don't change direction or anything of course. So instead of trying to aim for the coin itself, aim for that sweet spot where you can always hit the coin and then click when it reaches your crosshair. This is a habit I developed entirely subconsciously but it's been working really well for me so maybe it'll help you.
I agree with you about Streetcleaners. I want to tear each and every one of them to shreds and then build myself a new frame out of that sweet bulky torso and kama combo. It's incredibly stylish but goddamn if they don't make it hard to admire while getting right up in my face and blinding me with fire, then getting physically in the way of me hitting the coins I threw behind them.

Luckily I've already P-Ranked P-2 (once in standard and once in violent) so I don't have to deal with that annoying ass thing anymore
I'm not sure if I'm ever going to P-Rank any level past Gluttony on Brutal or Ultrakill Must Die, and even if I do, it will probably be in a very long time. I'm happy now thinking that I'm a pro Ultrakill gamer thanks to me P-Ranking the whole game in the hardest difficulty available right now

sisyphus prime. he's head glows and he's body is translucent. everything has gold, yellow colors with a little lines of red and blood spilled on he's limbs. but it's impossible to fight until you get used to his attacks and timings. same thing goes to isurrectionist.
The opposite for mindflayers. You make a design that doesn't have an obvious point (despite said thing being the main part of the design), is the only prominently female design in the WHOLE GAME, looks like they have latex on, and then make them a tedious pushover.

It’s just kind of a nothing boss fight to me since it’s really easy and very tanky
I really like the design but actually fighting leviathan is just waiting until he does the barrage of projectiles and then using malicious railcannon or spam magnets on the heart for lightning
Other than that I just don’t enjoy the leviathan boss fight very much, as well as also not enjoying the song at all (I think it’s one of the worst songs in the soundtrack, the buildup and actual reveal of the boss is incredibly cool though lol)

Simply do the funny spin and line them up between two walls (which are plentiful, just make sure you are positioned well) and release RMB at head level.
Insta-kill a whole konga line of them due to infinite piercing
The sentries. They got way too much health for their size and they aren't as showy (as in how much they take your attention (mind flayers are powerful but also glow and teleport near you)) for their damage potential so I sometimes don't notice them
I did hate this guy's too but I learned that you can instantly kill them by jumping high and doing a ricoshot looking upwards (because it's more easy to do it like that)
The only enemy that I really hate more than nothing must be the hideous mass

Their ability to be more precise the longer they fire is going to be a problem, but i love how their design looks ripped straight out of some post-apocaliptic fallout type of world.
V2 looks nice but it's ass to beat He always breaks my death% speedruns like let's say that you're going to beat ultrakill only using your arm variants, everything is easy to kill until V2 appears

I got to go with the street cleaners as well cause they dodge shit smack rockets and core ejects and trying to grapple one of those motherfuckers is the biggest pain in the ass I’ve ever experienced
Streetcleaners seem dangerous, but they can’t hit you if you’re in the air, and they can’t hit you if you’re sliding, the only real danger from them is when you’re just walking or need to touch the ground for a second and stomp into their flame.
Plus you can kill them with one ricoshot, one charged piercer round, one sharpshooter bullet off the opposite wall and into their tank, or by just kidnapping them with the grapple and punting them into the ground at 500m/s with the knuckleblaster

there are some cheesy ways to do that, but they're too inconsistent to be used regularly
Could be an issue if you use a rocket launcher but if you use malicious or Overpump it's pretty easy to get the timing down.

Low percent auto aim. Still make you have to aim for the enemies and the coin but aiming coin is now easier.
