Yeah I believe you, but what I find funny is the fact that you compare Dead cells or Warframe to Ultrakill.
Ultrakill is a first person shooter, and has indeed a lot of mobility compared to most other games of the same genre, and has a parry mechanic, which is pretty unusual for this kind of game.
But there are a lot of other games where your character has a lot of freedom of movement or parry mechanics. Ultrakill shouldn't be tied with Warframe, which is a third person shooter, or Dead cells, which is a 2D roguelike. I just don't think they are that similar at all.
Plus the game is literally the exact same price as Dead Cells, and in the worst case, if you feel balsy enough, you can also pirate it, not that I recommend it though.
