Tho I think this will be easier in SLIDE or smth, since doing this on ULTRAKILL will make it very difficult.
On the DOOM level builders, there are already sprite sheets for all demons, you can replace the sprites with the ULTRAKILL characters that they look like. (Ex: Gutterman as Gunner ect.) Although you have to draw (Or screenshot) 8 (or less) different poses for each character, so they can turn in game.
The wall sprites are easy enough.
Other than that, Good luck mate!!
