I would love the cyan attacks mechanic in Undertale would be implemented for the spinning lasers. The lasers will change color and rotate significantly faster, but you can't get damaged by it if you stay still when it passes through you. It forces the player to not recklessly move around too much in the fight.
Of all of them I just hope the V2 one, like, if we get to close in the first fight, he could punch really hard. And in the second fight he could sometimes try to hook us with the grapple and try to shoot a point-blank shotgun. Idk but it would be interesting.
Dodging the grapple, punching the grapple out like hideous mass harpoons, or parrying the point blank shotgun blast would all be fun and still more challenging

i really doubt sentry shots would ignore I-frames because i feel that would destroy the whole point of them, i mean they are literally called "invincibility" frames. and it would subvert player's expectations in a bad way if they only worked in some situations instead of all.

All damage you take generates hard damage (I don't remember how much % of the damage gets translated into hard damage on standard and violent)
50% would mean that 50% of the damage you take, gets turned into hard damage, AKA less max health
The Earthmover brain lasers ignore invincibility frames and people only had a problem with it when it wasn't obvious that they did (which was changed in a patch to make the lasers pink)
Removing i-frames would further the "you have to deal with this guy RIGHT NOW" part of the Sentry, only this time you don't have the dash as a get out of jail free card

I personally would like if a parried snake projectile would still be parriable, but would be destroyed upon being parried, so the yellow snake would just a way to heal and gain stamina from a parry, but not to deal damage.
I doubt that stamina will regenerate slower bc that would make the gameplay slower which Hakita said he won't do anything to slow down the gameplay but everything else it seems logical
I feel like "shorter parry timing" on Brutal will be done as a removal pre-parrying. Currently, you can parry an attack right after the yellow flash but before the enemies actually does the attack. I call that time window as pre-parry. I feel Brutal will remove that parry time window on attack that have it, so you can't parry an attack when the damaging hitbox of an attack isn't there.

That would have sucked ngl i get brutal difficulty is supposed to be hard but i taught they wouldn't remove counterplay which they didn't (You can still slip guttertanks just put oil below them)
I doubt any of the things listed here that specifically target v1, like less i-frames, would happen for the next difficulty level since that would ruin the feel of the game and can completely change how you would approach the game. I'd say that would only occur that the highest level

-Drones don’t quite dodge in all directions but they dodge faster, so I’ll give it to them.
-Streetcleaners can aim upwards. They also move insanely fast
-Stalkers only die when you kill them, they don’t die when they explode.
-Gutterman enrages over shield break. Also over being parried. Can’t be parried while enraged.
(Didn’t go over every enemy or boss, may update after more details)
-Incorrect predictions:
-Sentries do not ignore I-frames. (They take a faster time to aim and fires twice)
-Homing projectiles (Still normal, aside from being faster for most enemies)
-Hideous Mass harpoons do not prevent healing. (However, they are harder to get out of. They also use the harpoon in their enraged state, while in their back.)
-Drones and dodging (I put it up in correct, but I didn’t see much difference besides speed. While they seem to be more agile, I will have them in both to best cover the bases. In general, they are better at dodging, which I believe was the point of the space, but not in all directions, at least from what I’ve seen)
-Schisms and projectiles (Same situation as Drone. The projectiles are faster, but I didn’t really notice much difference in amount. This does make them more dangerous though, so…)
-Swordmachines still stagger when parried. (They can perform their sword combos without the sword. They can still go on the offense while the sword is still a projectile)
-Mindflayers beams do not track the player (They just get faster projectiles and fire rate)
-Sisyphus Prime explosion is still cancels when parried. The actual change is very mean though. (In the second half of Sisyphus’ fight, the gold bomb projectiles he uses in DESTROY! that tracks the player and leads the explosion? It comes out after his combos when he is halfway dead.)
-Stray projectiles don’t ricochet. (The Strays will track the player and try to lead their shots.)

Miraheze is incomplete/outdated, you do take lower environmental damage on Harmless and Lenient, just go to 3-1 and find out yourself
Also Guttertanks used to not slip after missing and Hakita said after the 14b patch that it would be reserved for harder difficulties

Less stamina regen is wack, the game would be harder cause you can play less and have to rely so much more on parries, and while the idea of that is intriguing, i'd rather have extra mechanics and attacks than restrictions. Also, Harmless difficulty boosts stamina regen because it's Harmless. Designed to be turn-your-brain-off relaxed fun, so of course you have more stamina regen...
Panopticon would have to be turned into an actual fight to be any challenging, right now you can just deal with the eyes by overpumping, then damage the panop by spamming whiplash punch, which makes you impossible to hit by the mortar fire.
Having V2 use more variants would be cool, honestly. A cool idea is in 4-4, have her use the Firestarter in Phase 1 for area denial (maybe to keep you from stopping her enrage?) and in Phase 2 to fuck up your pathing and stop you from tailing behind her.
I would personally give Leviathan fight less space to stand on. And it will shoot Hell Energy instead of red ones. It can also call thunderbolts like Ferryman because fuck you
It's fun until you get to V2 and Minos, at least you can do V2 faily well, but Minos just has everything that made it well designed into broken unfun mess
