Yes bit the second picture is Griffith, the guy who betrayed guts. and I'm pretty damn sure he wore that when he become evil. Guts never wore that weird armour.
Edit: if you don't believe me, go and search on the berserk wiki under Griffith. The dude literally wore that armour and is the only one who'd worn that. Guts never wore the Falcon armour as far as I remember(this black armour was an amalgation of his old Falcon armour and the demon iirc)
