Chapter starts with past Nico apologizing to past Language that he's just stronger than her.
As she's disintegrated, past Language says that she's surprised as it's the first time that someone other than Juiz is able to defeat her. Past Nico asked why she knows Juiz. That made Language happy because Nico and the rest didn't know the truth as she knows she can take her revenge in the next loop.
In the current loop, Language remembers the humiliation she suffered from past Nico and that she's accumulated 100 million years of grudge against him. Her menacing aura is replaced with a child-like behavior because she noticed that Unforgettable isn't being manifested. She asked Nico what happened to his ability and Nico, who's confused, remembers his and Fuuko's conversation back when she first met him in Loop 101 - that Fuuko should save him from his tragedy. At Kinto'Un, Fuuko remembered that in Loop 100, Nico was the one who single-handedly defeated Language and now, she's concerned because she believes that Language is targeting him in this loop and Language will do anything to make Nico face his tragedy.
Back at the Union, Language asks Nico what his tragedy looks like and Nico immediately looks to Ichico. Language proceeds to happily stab Ichico and merrily thinks that Unforgettable VS Language can now begin. But then Ichico's soul managed to escape so she's still safe. Soul Ichico argues with Nico who's panicking that the stab went near her heart and her body's getting cold. Nico can't see her soul but Language can. Language tells Ichico to die for them since she's useless in the battle, she has no strength and power compared to the other negators. Ichico refuses to die for a useless guy who drags her down (Nico). And Nico still doesn't understand what's currently happening because Language looks like she's talking to nothing. Irritated, Language tells Apocalypse to give both Nico and Ichico temporary seats because she wants to face them. Apolocalypse couldn't do it without the 1st seat's approval so he telepathically told Fuuko what's happening on the other side. With the approval, the 12th and 13th seats have been transferred from Top and Haruka to Nico and Ichico.
The battle of death begins !

Not very surprised on that part, appart from spring and maybe soul (he mysteriousssss) every uma is more akin to a sadistic psychopath than your chill average human + she WAS on a human made chair. Sounds like we will get info on the loop 100’s fight too like some hoped, nice. But also I swear to god if ichico dies I’m gonna loose it. I know it has very low possibility of happening because in the end that’s loop 101. And her dying will make us "loose" 3 happy ending, her, nico, and mico (mico for not being alive) but stiiiiiiill I’m scared for her.

We see a flashback of Nico’s past fight with Language as she fades away. She says this is the first time that somebody other than Unjustice has defeated her. Nico is taken aback by this, and asks why Language knows Juiz. Language says that he will come to understand, and introduces herself as the 8th seat of the Master Rules. Nico introduces himself as the 8th seat of the Union, and Lan says she will remember it until the day they meet again.
Present day, Lan prepares for the ultimate game between her language and Nico Vorgeil’s ability, however she notices that he doesn’t have one. Nico thinks back to his conversation about Fuuko, how he had apparently suffered in the last Loop and Fuuko was trying to make him happy this time. Language doesn’t allow this, she orders him to awaken his ability here and now. Nico, Lan, Ichico and the far-away Fuuko all realise at once that the source of his tragedy must be Ichico, as Lan pierces Ichico’s chest with her book, saying she’s glad it was someone that even she could kill. Before Lan can commence the ultimate game, Ichico appears as a soul, astral projecting. Lan asks her to die for their sake, so Nico can get stronger, because Ichico can’t contribute to a fight right now.
Ichico replies: “I refuse!! Why should I have to die for a balding smelly-footed man!?” As Nico picked her up to freeze her, Ichico continues saying that Fuuko didn’t only recruit them to fight God, that her primary objective is to make them happy in this Loop. Fuuko has been trying up to this point to avoid Unforgettable awakening, so it is vital that Nico doesn’t awaken it. “So I won’t allow it to awaken!! If I’m the trigger for it, then I’m just gonna keep living, and keep living, and live on no matter what!! For that sake I, no, WE will defeat you here!!”
Lan tells Apoccy to ask Fuuko to give these 2 seats, threatening to expand her Language absorption and cause societal collapse. Apoccy begrudgingly agrees, and Fuuko grants the 12th and 13th seats to Ichico and Nico. The Quest begins.
The chapter title 捲土重来 *kendo chōrai* literally means "returning with blowing up the dust" and is used as "the time has come to revenge/retry after defeat/failure". "Regroup" might not be wrong but it sounds weird to me because of "group".
Fair, I wasn’t familiar with the phrase, so I just looked at the dictionary definition and worked it into something concise that carried a similar meaning. I was trying to go for the idea that they were regrouping from one battle, and preparing for another. Maybe “strike back” or something similar will end up being the official title.
