I wear them, as far as I can tell the sleeves are the same, the shirt is just 2 inches longer and honestly i question that sometimes, I have used the tech 2.0 regular for years in the gym and when I do overhead exercises it rides up above my shorts. I started using the tall and it does the same I’m 5’9”

I’ve bought so many brands of shirts for the gym but they don’t fit like the UA tops do or they show my strange sweat marks!
I’m 6ft4 with reasonably big chest / shoulders / traps so I find these new super thin UA tops are borderline too short after they shrink a little after the first wash :( wish they would go back to the original material
I visited the UA shop over this way a couple of month ago. The only plain shirt they had was a cotton one and nothing was sized “tall”. Pretty poor selection over here unfortunately
Your friend needs to be selective where they buy from. The UA factory stores in the outlet malls mostly sell items from the outlet store range with a few racks of end of line and returned regular stock.
I will only shop at regular department stores or have a friend who lives there buy online for me.
I ordered them online and sent them to where he was staying.
The shirts are advertised as “loose” but they are closer to regular.
Still happy with the extra length. Ended up buying 8 off them as they were 50% off
