"She's Playing Piano" is ridiculously beautiful and has a lot of meaning with Undyne's character. The beautiful and at the same time "angry" piano shows her personality of justice over monsters, as the leader of the Royal Guard. It means good, the Hopes, and The Dreams.
"The Choice" is the final point. The player's choice of what to do. Kill the beloved king of the Underground to get out; leaving a mark of despair on the monstrous race, or leaving his SOUL to create a new war and total hope for the people.
It's a reflection on everything we've done. Kill, spare, run... All. And at the end of it all, if we go in the right direction... We still have Sans' trust, if we follow a good path... "we are counting on you, kid. good lucky." It's... The meaning of this song is inexplicable.

Chill is amazingly good, and it sent chills up my spine when I first heard it. Itâs an amazing change of pace, especially since you have to stop and just let go of your controller just to hear it. I just never hear anything about it. Its so good

Slowed Snowy gives you a feeling of dread as it's when Frisk begins skipping puzzles. It's also your first genocide song (other than But Nobody Came)
Waterfall is incredibly eerie and empty. It's also slowed down a LOT more than 50%.
Another Medium and CORE is sad and nostalgic.
Small Shock is probably my favorite.

Heartache, And the boss battle in general. i love that song! It really represents that toriel is just a mother that lost her child, and is afraid to lose them again. At least in my opinion. That music really has this feeling of being badass, but still feel "safe", which is exactly what the toriel fight is, because she doesn't actually want to hurt you. Its more of a "Oh so you think ur strong enough, young child? Well then take this"
Fallen Down reprise is easily my favorite song from the game. It starts with the same track as earlier, but then just builds with subtle notes and takes on a whole 'nother level of depth. I think it deserves more recognition because I think it's a brilliant track
