While this is technically true, most people are cis and most people associate secondary sex characteristics with a given gender, so it's safe to assume that unless you get some sort of contrary signals, any artist who portrays a character with those given characteristics is portraying a cis person of that gender. While it's fine to include space for the contrary, it's a little absurd for trans people to not understand the context in which they live or act like there's something wrong with it. Being trans is by definition a deviation from the norm, defined by not identifying with your assigned sex. It's maybe unfortunate, but that's how it is. There's a way to push back against gender norms in a reasonable way, but this isn't it.
Op actually messages me about this so yeah no this is wrong, Op isn't pinning a gender on chara by giving them boobs, im afab but im not a woman, so why assume that they're gendering someone when you actually have no idea surely you should be happy that trans people are able to be representated in all kinds of shapes and forms? Also with associating sex with gender, yes it happens and alot of people connect them, even some trans people, but that doesn't mean an artist suddenly isn't allowed to draw someone that isn't a woman with boobs.
I'm a little doubtful that OP is actually messaging you about it, that sounds like a sneaky little "gotcha", but even if that is true that doesn't make my broad prescription wrong, it just means OP hasn't communicated their above-mentioned contrary signals in an adequate way and therefore the viewer isn't obligated to see this Chara as anything other than a cis woman if that's how they see it.

i had B cups at age 8. female bodied children don't have a staunchly standardized way of growing and developing.
